1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

• Booking can be confirmed via phone call, WhatsApp, email, or website enquiry.

• Advance payment may be required to confirm the reservation.

• The remaining balance must be cleared before or at the start of the trip, unless agreed otherwise.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are based on travel itinerary, duration, vehicle type, and distance.

• Toll tax, parking charges, state tax, and driver allowance may be extra unless mentioned in the quotation.

• All payments must be made through approved payment methods shared by Manvi TempoTraveller.

3. Vehicle Usage Policy

• The vehicle will be provided strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.

• Any route or trip extension must be informed in advance and may incur additional charges.

• Passengers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness inside the vehicle.

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or any illegal activity inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

4. Driver & Duty Hours

• Driver duty hours will be as per standard travel norms.

• Night driving or extended duty may require additional driver allowance.

• Drivers are instructed to ensure passenger safety and follow traffic rules at all times.

5. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation must be informed in advance via call or email.

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice period before travel date.

• No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days after deduction of applicable charges.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Manvi TempoTraveller will not be responsible for delays caused due to traffic, weather conditions, roadblocks, vehicle breakdown, natural calamities, or any unforeseen circumstances. However, we will try our best to arrange alternative solutions whenever possible.

7. Passenger Responsibility

• Passengers must provide accurate travel details during booking.

• Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be chargeable.

• Personal belongings are the responsibility of the passengers. The company is not liable for any loss or theft.

8. Service Area

Our tempo traveller rental services are available in Noida, Noida Extension, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR, and for outstation travel across India.

9. Website Usage

All content, images, and information on this website are for general information purposes only. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse of website content is strictly prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

Manvi TempoTraveller reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective once published on the website.
